a) "Photonyx demo version" means the programs supplied by Chrome Imaging herewith.
b) "Photonyx full version" means the purchase version of Photonyx v1.0 and all updates and following version thereto.
1. licence

This software is a free demo version of Photonyx. The following licence agreements is applicable to the evaluation version only and doesn't grant you any right regarding Photonyx Full version. Photonyx full version is attached to another licensing conditions not covered by the present agreement.
2. Restrictions
---------------
You may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise reduce the Software to a human-perceivable form. You may not rent, lease or sublicense the Software. You may not modify the Software or create derivative works based upon the Software.
3. Ownership
------------
The foregoing license gives you limited rights to use the Photonyx demo version. Although you own the media on which the Photonyx demo is recorded, you do not become the owner of and Chrome Imaging retains title to, the Photonyx demo version, and all copies thereof. All rights not specifically granted in this Agreement, including International Copyrights, are reserved by Chrome Imaging.
4. Limited Warranty and Disclaimer of Warranty

6. Photonyx User's Manual
-------------------------
In order to keep the size of this demo version reasonable, no printable user's manual has been provided. You will find a complete online help documentation in HTML format regarding the whole range of commands implemented in Photonyx. Release of this documentation in printable format together with tutorials and examples is forecasted to happen in the next few months but for the purchased "Photonyx full version" only.
7. Distributing
---------------
As this is a demo version of Photonyx, you're encouraged to pass a copy of the present version of Photonyx along to your friends.
If you do so, you must provide them with all the copyright notices as well as this read me file either in text and html format entire and unmodified.
8. Photonyx DEMO Version Restrictions
-------------------------------------
The only restriction of Photonyx evaluation version are the limitation in export file formats. In fact, with the demo version you can only save you work in Photonyx file format (.pyx).
Any customization or addition of another export format is hereby forebidden.l
9. Purchasing the complete and Licensed Version

Photonyx full version may be purchased from a number of sources. You can naturally order directly from Chrome Imaging's website where you can also find a list of internet resellers.
